Legal/Health disclaimer

QuietGains is not medical advice.

The app gives you training plans, load suggestions and calorie targets generated from numbers you enter. It is a tool for organising your training , not a doctor, a dietitian, or a coach who can see you lift.

01

Talk to a professional first

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new training or nutrition programme, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a medical condition, an eating disorder, or a heart condition.

02

Training carries risk

Resistance training can cause injury, particularly with poor technique or loads that are too heavy. Form guidance in the app is general instruction, not a personal assessment. If a movement hurts, stop.

You are responsible for the weights you select. Suggested loads are calculated from your own logged history and are a starting point, not an instruction.

03

Calorie targets are estimates

Targets are derived from standard equations for resting and daily energy expenditure. They are population estimates and can be meaningfully wrong for any individual. Treat them as a starting point and adjust based on real results , or on advice from a registered dietitian.

04

The AI features are not clinical

AI suggestions are generated from patterns in your log. They do not diagnose anything, they cannot see your technique or how you feel, and they should never override advice from a qualified professional.

05

Emergencies

If you feel chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, or any sudden severe pain during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention. Do not use this app to assess a medical emergency.
